The stool had stains that looked filthy. Our daughter’s room had the air conditioning come on on the middle of the night on a night that was in the teens. It was freezing. We know it was a pet friendly room but that does not mean we have to have a bad room. It is in the basement and no elevator going down just up

The free breakfast was my favorite! So many options, clean pool and very warm! The restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious! The guy who checked us in was super sweet and enjoyable. We let him know our room wasn’t heating and he immediately got us in another room! Previous hotel we stayed at made us feel like an inconvenience when they had two move us because their heaters were out too. Very pleased with how this worker handled it!

Room was as expected. Could use an update sooner or later, but it was just what we needed. Clean, comfy, the restaurant was a plus, as we didn't feel like driving anywhere else. Our Schnoodle pup loved it as well.

I was kind of disappointed the pool was in construction during half our stay, we were not aware of this prior to booking. Our kids were highly disappointed. It was a fantastic time though and service was always impeccable!

Room had displeasing odor, there the coffee maker area hadn't been dusted, the chair had an apple shrapnel and appeared to be dried up yogurt. The shower curtain smelled like a soiled dish cloth. The stairway areas were not vacuumed well, a lot of debris on the steps and in the crevices. The elevator floor very filthy. This could be resolved with some vacuuming, dusting, and linen washing. The care and maintenance is definitely not the first priority. But, i you need a place to stay this place offers a good rate, and theres a restaurant & bar on-site. Free continental breakfast was ok. The Pancakes were disgusting...they tasted like they were made on a griddle that hadn't been cleaned in a very long time...i got an instant gut ache when i ate about half a pancake. The ham was hard and dry.

The room was dirty, there were no privacy curtains that faced the road. Everyone could see in and the lights were too bright from the parking lot. The bed was so old and wornout that my feet were above my chest. This is an awful hotel

I'm handicap I thought the bathroom would be more handicap accessible it wasn't. No house keeping I asked the front dest for coffee they said they don't do that here

Old rooms with dingy carpet and smelly rooms. Front desk service was great. Breakfast was awful.

The people were nice and friendly but the room smelled, the TV was broken, breakfast was terrible.
